Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about visiting, playing, and gathering with us.

Visit Guidelines & Shoes

Are socks required?

All adults must wear socks, and children must wear grip socks. Shoes can be placed in our shoe cabinet by our entrance. We sell grip socks and standard socks in case you forget to bring them ($3 per pair)!

Will kids or parents have to take off their shoes?

In our lounge, please feel free to wear your shoes. Outside of our play area, we have a convenient cubbies for shoes. Our play area is strictly socks only—no shoes and no bare feet! Car seats and baby carriers are permitted in the play area, but strollers are not allowed on play mats and can be left by your table or by the cubbies.

Admission & Age Policies

At what age do you start charging children to play?

Our rule is if your child is playing, we ask you to pay for them to do so. Children under 1 are free with a paid sibling. Otherwise, we begin charging at 6 months. Our play area is primarily geared towards babies, young toddlers, and preschool-aged children (ages 1–7), which is why we charge for these age groups specifically.

Do infants require an admission pass?

Anyone older than 9 months requires a child admission. Infants up to 9 months accompanying a paid sibling admission are free of charge. Adult supervision is required at all times.

How does pricing work for families with mulitple children or babies?

We keep open play affordable for the whole family with built-in sibling discounts. Drop-in admission is $14 for your first child and $10 for each additional sibling. For infants, babies under 1 year old are $7, but they play completely free if they are accompanied by a paid sibling. Standard admission covers your primary visit, and any extra adults joining can be added for $7.

I like the idea of the parents lounge, but what if I want to use the play area with my child?

That's great! We encourage parents to play with their child as much as they like and have full, socks-only access to the play area. We even have seating right inside of our play area for parents whose children prefer they stay close. If your child is more independent, you can enjoy our comfy parents' lounge where you'll still have a view of the play area.

Waivers, Groups & Events

Do you have any waiver requirements?

Yes, we require waivers to be signed for all children included in your reservation. You can complete our waiver online ahead of time or right when you check in for your visit. All supervising adults must also sign a waiver (including dads, nannies, friends, etc.).

Can you accommodate large groups?

We do not allow casual birthday celebrations unless booked through our official birthday packages. However, if you plan to bring a large group for a general visit, please get in touch with us ahead of time to ensure we have adequate space to accommodate your group on the day of your visit.

Can you pay for classes or events at the door?

All classes and events require online registration with the instructor teaching the class. Please see our events page or social media for more details on events and registration information.
